Beautiful Modern Plantation Shutters Installation

Our shutters team recently completed a beautiful installation of plantation shutters for our customer near Eye, Suffolk. Redecorating the living spaces in a stunning teal shade, the customers chose hardwood Fiji S:Craft shutters painted in a custom Farrow & Ball shade to provide a bold, minimal design. 

The plantation shutters were installed on a bay window and a window next to the entrance door, providing a seamless appearance from the interior and exterior to the front of the house. Each shutter panel was made to perfectly fit each window pane, with six panels bi parting from centre on the front of the bay window, and three panels folding to one side on each of the side windows. 

The S:Craft Fiji shutters were supplied with 76mm operable louvres with silent tilt mechanism, no mid rails, hinge colour black, fixing frames and all necessary cloaking strips. The shutters are easy to adjust, the louvres open and close silently and smoothly, and the panels can be open or closed in a range of combinations to suit the light and privacy needs.
