Installation of Intu Blinds for Norwich New Build

This summer has been one of the hottest in recent memory and our team have been busy keeping the fine people of Norwich cool and comfortable. We worked at a new build home in the city centre last week fitting Intu blinds so that the homeowners can keep windows open throughout the day and adjust the light coming through their large windows.Â

We installed blinds on seven windows of this three-storey home in Norwich. The new build house has windows set within a recess, all of which open inward. This design meant that curtains or blinds couldn’t be affixed in the recess – they would be in the way of the windows when open. If blinds or curtains were installed outside of the recess valuable room would be lost. The homeowners called us to see if we could help with the predicament. We visited them to discuss design options, looking through the many colour and fabric options. Once they’d decided upon a neutral and modern white venetian blind, we were able to return to the home to install the custom-made blinds within a week, with the installation itself only taking a couple of hours.Â
