One Hundred Blinds for Royal British Legion

In preparation for the warm summer months, we supplied and installed 100 made to measure static roof blinds and 47 roller blinds for The Royal British Legion’s assisted living residence in Cromer. 

The care facility has a large conservatory used as a shared lounge and function room which offers lovely views of the gardens. In the summer months, conservatories, especially of this size, are known to get uncomfortably hot. Appropriate shading allows the room to be used all year round, keeping the conservatory cool in summer and warm in winter. 

We installed 100 static roof blinds, the beautiful pale blue fabric lets the natural sunlight seep in perfectly whilst still providing much needed shade. In addition to the static roof blinds, we also manufactured and installed 47 roller blinds. Made in “Floyd asc Teal”, the blinds add a welcome pop of colour to the room, and are a perfect match to the existing interior. As well as proving some much need shelter from the sun, these blinds also add a polished and homely finish to the large conservatory. 

Each of the 147 windows were carefully measured and every blind made bespoke by our dedicated team in Norwich, to ensure the conservatory can be enjoyed by the residents for many years to come.
