Weinor Terrazza Installation at a Framlingham School

As children it was something many of us dreaded – rain at lunchtime. Even the slightest drop of rain in the air and the opportunity to play outdoors would immediately be withdrawn. Well thanks to our new installation at a school in Framlingham, the pupils there can continue to enjoy their lunch outside – even if the weather takes a turn for the worst.

The school building incorporates a window from which pupils can purchase snacks during their lunch breaks. We were contacted by the school looking for a canopy to protect the window and having discussed their requirements, we recommended that they opt for a Weinor Terrazza.

The canopy we fitted for this school measured 3000mm x 4000mm and incorporated 16mm triple wall opaque polycarbonate roofing sheets. The glazed aluminium system was installed with two support legs and integral guttering; ensuring that rain water efficiently disperses through the right hand post.
